Cooking can also be a new skill for you this quarantine season. Its time to stop ordering and start making signature dishes that you and your family would very much enjoy. Kids can also do the same by baking simple snacks like cookies and cupcakes. Now is also the perfect time to start planting your seeds. It does not matter whether you have a large back garden or an apartment window box. Try flowers and little leafy vegetables like rosemary or parsley. For bigger yards, you can plant summer favorites like watermelon and pineapple. This will be great as organic home-cooked meals and will make your house look and smell great.

Putting gadgets to good use 

Besides sharing memes on social media, technological tools such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops can be put to good use. Most of us are now catching up or binge-watching our favorite series. Some are starting or deciding to watch new ones. Whatever it is, its not the only thing you can do online. You can also participate in dance challenges that honor our front liners. Social media can also be a good platform to start spreading awareness about the pandemic. There are many credible resources that you can use as a reference. Join in watch parties with doctors and specialists to further increase your information. Communicate with other family and friends and check up on how they are doing. You can also take part in the occasional online games.

Ease the insides

Most of us right now are in panic mode. Worrying about what will happen today and in the coming days and worrying about safety and well-being. The noise inside is being reflected in the inside. It might not cause boredom but it disturbs your mental well being. To avoid this, you can start the day with meditation. There are so many things to do during this lockdown. With each new experience, you will learn and understand more about yourself.
